Information we collect
We may collect account details, profile information, saved fragrance profiles, scent notes, comments, and support messages that you choose to provide. Basic technical information may be received to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
Information is used to provide the feed, personalize your fragrance shelf, publish community content, protect accounts, respond to support, and improve the way fragrance information is organized.
When information is shared
Community notes and profile details you choose to publish can be visible to other users. We use service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, analytics, and support. We do not describe Loboi as a shopping or trading service.
Scent Guide and AI
When you ask Scent Guide a question, the app shows a data-sharing consent message before sending the question. The submitted text is used to organize fragrance information around notes, seasons, projection, or layering. Scent Guide does not provide allergy diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, or urgent support.
Device permissions
Loboi requests only permissions needed for a feature you choose to use. You can review or withdraw system permissions in your device settings. Declining an optional permission does not change the informational nature of the service.
Retention and security
We retain account and community information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the community. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information.
Your choices
You can review or update available account details, remove community content where the app provides that control, log out, or request account deletion through the app's account settings. You may also contact support for privacy questions.
